My experience in fitness, nutrition, psychology, manual therapy, and as a director of education in the medical field has given me the skills to work with the most complex cases and a diverse population. I have been fortunate to work with a wide range of patients/ clients. I have worked with Olympians, collegiate and professional athletes, youth-sport athletes, weekend-warriors, general population, chronic and abnormal pain cases, elders, and everyone in between. I believe in collaborative care and am always happy to work with your medical team.
The word "polymath" means a person with wide-ranging knowledge. To me, polymath is more than a word, it's a philosophy. It is a philosophy that I have adopted in my practice. I have over 15 years of experience and it has always been a priority to constantly learn new techniques and acknowledge different perspectives to aid in the care of my patients/ clients.
